Outline

  1. Day 1. Read every commercial in the library out loud. Time each one. Note which feel natural.
  2. Day 3. Pick one 15 second spot. Record it ten times. Change one thing each take.
  3. Day 5. Pick one 30 second spot. Practice the slate, the read, and a natural button.
  4. Day 8. Two-person spot with a partner. Keep it light. Overlap a little.
  5. Day 11. Sixty second read. Find three distinct beats. Don't rush the ending.
  6. Day 14. Full mock audition. Slate, read, thank you. Review the tape.
